Jefferson’s Inaugural Speech

Thomas Jefferson Inaugural speech in 1801. His main ideas were change in government, serving the people, and having peace with the Federalist. To change the government he wanted to expand the territory the U.S. had and have good felicities to make the economy better. He served the people by wanting equal rights for all men, and fought for better  rights for the public good. The last thing Jefferson talked about in his speech was having peace with the Federalist. He wanted peace with the Federalist so they would have more ideas to make the rights for the public good better.
